Porter Hedges Represents ENGlobal in a $20 Million Registered Direct Offering

Porter Hedges represented  ENGlobal Corporation (NASDAQ:ENG) ("ENGlobal"), a leading provider of complete project solutions for renewable and traditional energy throughout the United States and internationally, in a $20 million registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.  ENGlobal entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 7,142,859 shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $2.80 per share.
