Porter Hedges Represents Ultra Petroleum in $115M Divestiture of Marcellus Assets to Alta Marcellus Development

Porter Hedges represented Ultra Petroleum Corp (NASDAQ:UPL) (“Ultra”) in the divestiture of its non-operated assets in the Marcellus Shale to Alta Marcellus Development, LLC (“Alta”) for a purchase price of $115 million in cash.
