The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston named three Porter Hedges transactions winners at its eighth annual Deal of the Year awards ceremony.
Award winning deals include the following:
- Building Products & Construction Services Deal of the Year - The Acquisition of AHI Supply by High Street Capital (Porter Hedges represented AHI)
- Houston Impact Deal of the Year – The Acquisition of Allpoints Land Survey, Inc. by The CapStreet Group, LLP (Porter Hedges represented Allpoints)
- Technology & Business Services (Recapitalization) - The Acquisition of Healthy Bites Collective by Genesis Park and Riveter Capital (Porter Hedges represented Genesis Park)
