Christine McMillan represents financial institutions, private equity firms, and borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions, from broadly syndicated credit facilities to single-lender loans. Her experience includes asset-based and reserve-based facilities, cash flow financings, leveraged acquisition financings, and debtor-in-possession financings.

Christine’s work spans collateralized transactions involving oil and gas interests, coal interests, equity interests, intellectual property, real estate, rolling stock, accounts receivable, and other UCC Article 9 assets. She regularly negotiates and drafts credit agreements, security instruments, and intercreditor arrangements, and she manages complex due diligence processes across diverse industries.

Before entering private practice, Christine clerked for Justice Don Willett on the Texas Supreme Court.
