Tripp Hise represents public and private companies in various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, private equity transactions, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and other general corporate matters.

Tripp received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center where he served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal and was a member of the Corporate and Tax Law Society. Prior to law school, Tripp worked as an engineer in the medical device industry.
