Porter Hedges Represents Quadvest in its $540 Million Sale to H2O America
Porter Hedges has advised Quadvest in its sale to H2O America (NASDAQ: HTO) for $540 million. H2O America’s regulated Texas water and wastewater utility, The Texas Water Company, Inc. (“TWC”), along with its affiliate Texas Water Operation Services, LLC (“TWOS”), have entered into respective agreements pursuant to which TWC and TWOS will acquire all of the assets owned by Quadvest.
Quadvest is one of the largest water and wastewater utilities in Texas, with over 47,000 active connections and more than 89,000 connections under contract or pending development.
