Heath Albert represents public and private corporations, partnerships, and small companies on a broad range of complex business and commercial litigation.

Heath received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he served as Assistant Executive Editor of The American Indian Law Review and also completed a judicial externship for The Honorable Robert E. Bacharach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Heath worked as a law clerk for The Honorable Timothy D. DeGiusti and The Honorable Jodi W. Dishman, both of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
