Jennica J. Garcia

Jennica Garcia represents commercial and residential developers, purchasers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers in a wide variety of real estate transactions. Her practice also focuses on drafting and negotiating leases and related ancillary documents including lease guaranties, franchisor addenda, amendments, and estoppels.

Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Jennica served as in-house counsel for NewQuest Properties in Houston, Texas. Jennica’s experience provides her with a unique client perspective and ability to anticipate potential pitfalls in real estate transactions.

Prior to law school, Jennica worked for a real estate investment company where she assisted with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties.
