Kimberly Seiler represents public and private companies in various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, private equity transactions, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and other general corporate matters.
Kimberly received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center where she served as a Legal Writing Fellow, an Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law, and a Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law. While in Law School, she also served as a Student Editor for Lawfare Media and a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Vanessa Gilmore of the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas. Kimberly’s scholarship is published in the Houston Journal of International Law.
