Deena Chahadeh represents commercial banks and corporate borrowers in a variety of corporate finance transactions, including working capital facilities, syndicated credit facilities, letters of credit, acquisition financings, franchise financings, real estate and construction loans, asset-based loan transactions, and other types of secured and unsecured finance transactions.

Deena received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, summa cum laude, where she served as the Associate Editor of the South Texas Law Review and President of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society.

While in law school, Deena received the CALI award for the highest grade in four of her classes: Contract Building Blocks, Federal Income Tax, Legal Reasoning and Writing II, and Torts. Deena was chosen as a recipient of the Dickerson-Moore Humanitarian Award which is awarded to students that demonstrate exceptional contributions to human dignity and the Lylene Pilkenton Scholarship Award for superior academic performance and leadership ability.

Deena previously served as a Judicial Intern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Dena Hanovice Palermo at the Southern District of Texas and the Honorable Judge Dedra Davis270th Civil District Court.
