Grecia Sarda advises clients on corporate reorganization, restructuring, liquidation, acquisitions, and associated litigation. She advises debtors, DIP lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, and other creditors across many industries, including oil and gas, energy, finance, retail, real estate, and manufacturing.
Grecia earned her J.D., cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she served as a member of the South Texas Law Review. During law school, she also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Marcia A. Crone on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and to the Honorable Alfred H. Bennett on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Grecia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Craig A. Gargotta on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas and to the Honorable Rachel R. Mancl on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
