Grecia advises distressed companies, debtors, DIP lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, and other creditors on various restructuring and insolvency matters. Grecia’s experience spans a number of industries, including oil and gas, retail, real estate, manufacturing, and financial services.
Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Grecia clerked for bankruptcy judges in the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Western District of Texas. While in law school, Grecia interned for district court judges in the Eastern District of Texas and the Southern District of Texas.
Grecia teaches bankruptcy law at South Texas College of Law Houston as an adjunct professor.
