Morgan Mitchell represents public and private companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including merger, acquisition and disposition transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, entity formation, corporate governance and other commercial matters.

Morgan received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, she served as the Content Editor of the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy. Prior to law school, Morgan served as an English teacher in Selma, Alabama for the Teach For America Corps.
