Joyce Soliman Named 2024 TerraLex Trailblazing Woman

Joyce Soliman has been selected as a 2024 TerraLex Trailblazing Woman. This recognition is awarded during Women’s History Month to honor the exceptional contributions of women leaders within the network firms worldwide and to celebrate their commitment and contributions to innovation and inspiring others.

Joyce is the Co-Managing Partner at Porter Hedges LLP, primarily responsible for lateral partner recruitment, business development, marketing, and innovation. She was elected in October 2023 and is the first woman (also the first minority attorney) to assume this position in the firm’s 44-year history. Joyce has maintained a wide and varied finance practice for over 20 years. Her clients include domestic and foreign banks, private lenders, administrative agents, and public and private companies who are involved in secured and unsecured financings. She is a trusted advisor who guides clients as they navigate complex transactions from term sheet to closing.
