Porter Hedges Elects Allison Pearce as a New Partner for 2023

Porter Hedges is pleased to announce that Allison Pearce has been elected to the Firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2023.

“Allison has been a key part of our Corporate practice group and her election is the direct result of her focus on client service and overall contribution to the Firm. It is especially rewarding that she has spent her entire career as an attorney at Porter Hedges, and her promotion demonstrates our commitment as a Firm to developing talent. Allison represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, limited liability company formations, and private equity investments. She also regularly advises borrowers and lenders in negotiating senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt facilities as well as SBIC investments of long-term debt and equity capital in eligible small businesses. Allison represents clients in a variety of industries, including the manufacturing, industrial, upstream and midstream energy, oilfield services, and consumer products sectors.

Allison serves on the Firm’s Recruiting and Marketing & Business Development Committees and is also an active member of the Women’s Initiative.
