Porter Hedges Represents International Bank of Commerce in the Financing of Museo Plaza

Porter Hedges represented International Bank of Commerce in the financing of Museo Plaza Medical Office building, a 10-story mixed-use project in the Museum District.

The “Class A” 364,000-sf medical office building will include a mixed use retail ground floor and a five story parking garage. The building’s anchor tenant, The Mann Eye Institute, will occupy 37,000 sf on the top floor.

The tower is expected to cost $77 million and will be located at 5115 Fannin St. Construction will begin in February 2020 and wrap up in first quarter 2022.
