Porter Hedges Represents Lender in the Financing of CityStreet Residential Partners’ Acquisition of Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort in Austin

Porter Hedges represented the lender in the financing of CityStreet Residential Partners’ (“CityStreet”) acquisition of Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort in Austin, Texas. Houston-based CityStreet specializes in the acquisition and development of multifamily and RV resort real estate. This is its sixth RV resort acquisition and its entry into the Austin market.

The property will be rebranded as Jetstream RV Resort -- Stone Oak Ranch and expanded with a second phase of 200 RV sites for a total of 424.
