Stephanie Holcombe Named 2026 TerraLex Trailblazing Woman

Stephanie Holcombe has been selected as a 2026 TerraLex Trailblazing Woman. This recognition is awarded during Women’s History Month to honor the exceptional contributions of women leaders from across the global network who drive innovation, strengthen their organizations, and make a meaningful impact within the legal profession and beyond.

Stephanie is a litigation Partner at Porter Hedges LLP in Houston where she serves in several leadership roles throughout the firm including on the firm’s Management Committee and as Chair of the Women’s Initiative. She works with companies and their owners and executives to manage the full range of issues related to business disputes — from risk control and litigation avoidance to the successful management of ongoing litigation in a strategic and cost-effective manner. She has successfully led trial teams in state and federal courts and in arbitrations (local and international) on a variety of complex issues.  Her courtroom presence has been described by clients as effective, persuasive, and convincing. Stephanie is also an active member of several international legal organizations, including TerraLex, Defense Research Institute (DRI), International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA). Stephanie is currently serving as the DRI Vice Chair of the Women in the Law Steering Committee and on the DRI Annual Meeting Steering Committee.
