Stuart Lawson’s practice focuses on advising clients in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, strategic investments, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. These clients include public and private companies, private equity funds, their portfolio companies, management teams, and other investors. He has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, including energy (upstream, midstream, oilfield services, and storage facilities), technology, insurance, death care services and manufacturing, among others.
