Porter Hedges advised Dynamic Group Holdings, LLC, the holding company for Dynamic Group, LLC ("Dynamic Group ") on its acquisition of Cycle Construction Company L.L.C. ("Cycle Construction").
Cycle Construction Company is headquartered in Kenner, Louisiana and provides heavy civil construction and emergency response services across the region. With more than five decades of experience, Cycle Construction's expertise includes levees, floodwalls, and pump station construction, underground utilities, marine construction, demolition, environmental infrastructure, and large-scale emergency response.
The acquisition expands Dynamic Group 's offerings to public- and private- sector clients across heavy civil construction, demolition, site preparation, infrastructure, logistics, and disaster response services.
Dynamic Group is a Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based construction firm focused on civil and building construction, emergency response, flood protection, watershed maintenance, and large-scale recovery housing.
