Kristina A. Rosado

Kristina Rosado represents commercial banks and corporate borrowers in a variety of corporate finance transactions, including working capital facilities, syndicated credit facilities, letters of credit, acquisition financings, franchise financings, real estate and construction loans, asset-based loan transactions, and other types of secured and unsecured finance transactions.

Kristina also has extensive experience on a variety of commercial real estate transactions. These transactions involved acquisitions, dispositions and title and survey matters on improved, unimproved, industrial, multi-family, office, and retail properties.

Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Kristina worked as a real estate associate at a boutique Texas firm and in the commercial title industry. Accordingly, Kristina’s prior experience gives her the ability to quickly recognize issues early and work to effectively resolve them on behalf of her clients.
