Lorena Valle represents clients on a broad range of complex construction disputes, including construction defect claims, delay claims, lost productivity claims, change order disputes, wrongful contract termination disputes, mechanic’s lien issues, and bond claims. She also has experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and industrial construction agreements.

Lorena received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston graduating summa cum laude. She served as the Senior Articles Editor of the South Texas Law Review and was selected as a Langdell Scholar, serving as a student tutor for Property and Federal Income Taxation. Lorena was also a Presidential Fellow, a member of the Order of the Lytae, and was named to the Dean’s Honor List all three years. Prior to law school, Lorena was a Science Teacher for Houston ISD.
