Shane Johnson advises debtors, DIP lenders, liquidating trustees, official committees of unsecured creditors, and other creditors on various restructuring matters. He has experience across many industries, including energy, finance, and media.

Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Shane worked at an international law firm and clerked for bankruptcy judges in Southern District of New York and the Western District of Texas.
