Spencer Krantz represents public and private companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including all aspects of merger, acquisition and disposition transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, entity formation, corporate governance and other commercial matters.  Spencer has helped clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, automotive, financial services, electrical engineering, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining the firm, Spencer practiced corporate law in North Carolina, where he focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters.  Prior to law school, Spencer served as a Field Artillery officer in the United States Army and received his M.B.A. from Liberty University Graduate School of Business where he was a member of the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society for Business & Management.
