Will Stukenberg is an experienced labor and employment practitioner who has litigated virtually every type of workplace dispute in numerous forums, with a particular emphasis on wage and hour matters. He routinely functions as a member of his clients’ legal department, and companies of all sizes call on him for everything from day-to-day employment counseling to complex employment litigation.  He has represented clients in industries including energy, healthcare, telecommunications, technology, retail, transportation, finance, and hospitality.

Will serves as lead counsel in complex class and collective actions alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage laws. He has served as national coordinating counsel on claims involving misclassification, off-the-clock, and regular rate allegations. Will has also represented other law firms in wage disputes, reflecting the expertise he brings to defending complex wage claims. He also has experience litigating restrictive covenant and unfair competition matters.
