Porter Hedges Represents Dewberry in the Acquisition of Wilson Architectural Group

Porter Hedges represented Virginia-based Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, in its acquisition of Houston-based Wilson Architectural Group.  Wilson is a nearly 40-person architectural firm with a portfolio of healthcare, corporate and commercial, industrial, sports and recreation, laboratories, and civic buildings in Houston and throughout Texas.

Dewberry has over 40 offices across the U.S. employing 2,000 people.  In the Gulf Coast region, the firm has offices in Dallas and Denton, Texas, as well as a long-standing healthcare and civic architectural practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The firm also has a strong local presence in other states lining the Gulf Coast.
