Porter Hedges Represents EIV Capital in the Sale of Four Landfill Gas-to-Energy Facilities to Cube District Energy

Porter Hedges represented EIV Capital and EIV MAS Georgia LFG in the sale of four long-term contracted landfill gas-to-energy facilities located near Atlanta.  The facilities were sold for an undisclosed amount to Cube District Energy, a portfolio company managed by I Squared Capital Advisors.

One of the facilities supplies electricity, steam and chilled water to Coca-Cola, Inc. under a 20-year power purchase agreement. The other three are in late-stage construction, and will supply electricity under 20-year power purchase agreements with Georgia Power Company, the premier electric utility in the region serving more than 2.25 million customers.
