Porter Hedges Announces 2026 LCLD Pathfinders

Porter Hedges is pleased to announce that Joanna Caytas and Jordie Lennox have been selected to the 2026 LCLD Pathfinder Program.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program was developed to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. The program provides high-potential, early-career attorneys with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal industry while gaining foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.

Joanna’s practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring, with an emphasis on debtor representation in commercial bankruptcy cases across many industries. She also has experience in special investigations as well as bankruptcy litigation and appeals, including representing creditors’ committees.

Jordie advises clients on a range of general corporate matters, with emphasis on debt and equity finance. She represents both lenders and borrowers in connection with senior secured credit agreements, subordinated debt facilities, and SBIC investments, focusing on long-term debt and equity financing for leveraged buyouts across diverse industries.
