Jordie advises clients on a wide range of general corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on debt and equity finance. She represents both lenders and borrowers in connection with senior secured credit agreements, subordinated debt facilities, and SBIC investments, focusing on long-term debt and equity financing for leveraged buyouts across diverse industries, including healthcare, energy, business services, and technology.
In addition to her corporate practice, Jordie has an expanding energy practice, with a focus on renewable energy projects such as carbon capture and sequestration, wind, solar, and geothermal.
Before joining the firm, Jordie was an associate at a leading Israel-based law firm, where she specialized in project financing for energy and natural resource projects.
