Yarden "Jordie" Lennox

Jordie represents public and private companies in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, debt and equity financings, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, SEC compliance, entity formation, and other general corporate matters.

Jordie has specialized in project financing, energy and natural resources, and in recent years, has been involved in projects such as independent power plant projects, solar power projects, wind farms as well as natural gas projects. Some of these projects are BOT type transactions while others are based on a licensing regime. In addition, Jordie provided regulatory advice regarding the energy market in Israel.
