Porter Hedges Joins the Midsize Mansfield Rule Certification Program
Porter Hedges is pleased to announce the Firm’s participation in the Midsize Mansfield Rule Certification Program. The Firm joins a cohort of more than 70 midsize law firms that will participate in the 18-month program.
Started in 2016 by Diversity Lab, the goal of the Mansfield Rule Program is to increase the representation of women and diverse lawyers in law firm leadership by broadening the pool of candidates considered for these opportunities. The Midsize Mansfield Rule Program, modeled after the original large-firm version, is tailored to address the unique challenges that are faced by firms that range in size from 25-150 lawyers. Since its inception, the program has worked with more than 300 law firms.
