Porter Hedges Represents Carriage Services in its $75 Million Senior Notes Offering and Amendment to its Credit Facility

Porter Hedges represented Carriage Services, Inc. (“Carriage Services”) in connection with its private offering of an additional $75 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% senior notes due 2026. 

In addition to the closing of the notes offering, the Company further amended its existing senior secured revolving credit facility which increased commitments to $190 million in order to provide ongoing working capital and for general corporate purposes.
