Porter Hedges Represents Carriage Services in its $400 Million Private Offering of Senior Notes and Entry into Amended and Restated Credit Facility

Porter Hedges represented Carriage Services, Inc. (“Carriage Services”) in connection with its private offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.25% senior notes due 2029.

Simultaneously with the closing of the senior notes offering, Carriage Services also entered into an amended and restated senior secured revolving credit facility with commitments of $150 million in order to provide ongoing working capital and for general corporate purposes.
