Porter Hedges represented Saffire, LLC (“Saffire”) in the sale of its fully integrated ticketing and website platform to AudienceView, a portfolio company of Rubicon Technology Partners. The transaction closed on June 1, 2026.

The acquisition brings together two leading technology platforms serving the live events industry. Combined, AudienceView and Saffire support more than 2,800 venues and process more than $3.5 billion in annual transaction volume.

Saffire is an Austin, Texas -based technology company serving the live-events ecosystem, primarily fairs, festivals, rodeos, attractions, and destination venues. 

AudienceView is a unified event commerce platform that connects audiences, operations, and engagement across the live event journey.
