Rachel Bielamowicz represents public and private companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including all aspects of merger, acquisition and disposition transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, entity formation, corporate governance and other commercial matters.
Rachel received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center where she was Alumni Relations Editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal. Prior to law school, Rachel graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston.
