Porter Hedges Represents Synthesis Energy Systems in its $36 Million Acquisition of Australian Future Energy

Porter Hedges represented Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc. (SES) (NASDAQ: SES) in connection with a transaction with Australian Future Energy Pty Ltd (AFE), a private company incorporated in Brisbane, Australia, whereby AFE will merge with a wholly owned subsidiary of SES.  As a result of the transaction, AFE will become a wholly owned subsidiary of SES.  The mutually agreed purchase value of AFE is approximately $36 million. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020.
