Porter Hedges Managing Partner Rob Reedy has made a public diversity pledge through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) Leaders at the Front initiative.

Rob joins more than 60 law firm managing partners and corporate general counsel that have personally committed to moving diversity to the forefront. The pledges focus on the actionable steps each leader commits to take to advance diversity within their organization. The goal is to go beyond well-meaning words to create an action plan that translates into diversity-specific organizational changes that are meaningful and measurable.

Porter Hedges joined LCLD in January 2020 to reinforce its commitment to diversity and inclusion and the development and training of tomorrow’s diverse leaders. Since then, the firm has been involved in several of their programs, including: the Fellows Program, the Pathfinders Program, the 1L Scholar Program, and the Law Student Mentorship Program.
