Aaron Power is a partner in the corporate practice group and bankruptcy section of Porter Hedges. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Business Bankruptcy Law. Aaron's practice includes representation of debtors in chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings, secured lenders, asset purchasers and chapter 7 and 11 trustees. He has extensive litigation experience in bankruptcy courts and appeals, including arguing cases before the Fifth Circuit.
