Eric English is a member of the firm's Management Committee and has a diverse restructuring and bankruptcy practice.  He represents corporate debtors along with creditors at all levels of the capital structure, including secured lenders and noteholders, unsecured bondholders and creditors' committees.  He also frequently represents potential purchasers of assets in Section 363 sales. He has significant experience in a number of industries, including oil and gas, healthcare, renewables, real estate, financial services, mining, and construction.
