Association for Corporate Growth Houston Awards Maintenance Supply Sale to Lowe’s as Business and Industrial Services Deal of the Year

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston announced the Maintenance Supply Headquarters acquisition by Lowe’s Companies, Inc. as the ‘Business and Industrial Services Deal of the Year’ at its inaugural Deal of the Year awards ceremony.

The event honored the deals and dealmakers who drive middle market growth and their success in generating job growth, capital formation and the advancement of meaningful business relationships in the Houston community.

Porter Hedges represented Maintenance Supply in the transaction.  The deal team included Rob Reedy, Craig Bergez, Joe Morrel and Allison Wilbanks, with support from Nick Nicholas, Beverly Young and Kevan Richards.

Founded in 1954, ACG is a global organization with 59 chapters and over 14,500 members. Chapters in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia bring dealmakers together to help them achieve their business and professional goals.
