Porter Hedges Receives Top Designations from Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

Porter Hedges is pleased to announce that the Firm has been named a 2021 Top Performer and 2021 Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), which recognizes member law firms and legal law departments showing a strong commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.

Porter Hedges is one of only sixty member organizations to receive both designations.

The Top Performer award recognizes member organizations in the top 20 percent of participation in LCLD programs and activities. The Compass Award recognizes member organizations that actively participate in multiple LCLD programs, including: the 1L Scholars program, the Success in Law School Mentoring program, the Fellows and Pathfinder programs, the Leader’s at the Front pledge, and attendance at the annual meeting and leadership summits.
