The M&A Advisor’s 25th Annual M&A Advisor Awards named Porter Hedges a finalist in five categories for its representation as part of the team of two separate acquisitions.

  • Materials Deals of the Year (Under $100MM)
  • Corpoate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($25MM to $50MM)

Representation of CIMA Services in its Acquisition by Amberjack Capital Partners

  • Energy Deal of the Year (Under $100MM)
  • Industrials Deal of the Year ($50MM to $100MM)
  • Private Equity Deal of the Year ($50MM to $100MM)

The M&A Advisor awards recognize leading distressed M&A transactions, restructuring, refinancing, products and services, firms, and dealmakers. Winners are announced at the 2026 Future of Dealmaking Summit held November 16 & 17 in New York City.
