Porter Hedges Represents Quantum Capital in the Acquisition of Apache Industrial Services

Porter Hedges represented Quantum Capital (Quantum) in the acquisition of Houston-based Apache Industrial Services (Apache) and the simultaneous contribution of Skyway Canada Limited (Skyway), a Quantum portfolio company.  The newly formed organization expects to have around $500 million in revenues and more than 4,000 employees. 

Apache is a leading provider of multi-craft industrial services to the petrochemical, agricultural chemical, refinery, power generation, offshore energy and general industrial markets. It provides a comprehensive suite of services including scaffolding, coatings and linings, refractory, fireproofing and insulation to critical infrastructure. Skyway Canada is a leading scaffolding and shoring solutions company in Canada.

Quantum is a Toronto headquartered private equity investment firm which makes control investments in emerging and middle market companies across a number of industries.

McMillan LLP acted as Canada counsel for Quantum and Porter Hedges represented Quantum with respect to U.S. law governed matters.
