The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston named the sale of Camp Construction Services to Sterling Investment Partners as the 2021-2022 Deal of the Year at its 2022 Deal of the Year Awards Ceremony.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Camp Construction Services is a leading provider of restoration, renovation, and maintenance services in over 25 states. The transaction with Sterling Investment Partners, a leading middle market private equity firm, included co-investment by Camp’s founder and CEO, Roger Camp, and other members of management.

The ACG event honored the deals and dealmakers who drive middle market growth and their success in generating job growth, capital formation, and the advancement of meaningful business relationships in the Houston community.
