ACG Houston Awards the U.S. Well Services Acquisition by ProFrac Holdings as Oilfield Services Deal of the Year

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston named the acquisition of U.S. Well Services by ProFrac Holdings as the ‘Oilfield Services Deal of the Year’ at its 2022 Deals of the Year awards ceremony. 

Porter Hedges represented U.S. Well Services in the transaction, alongside Paul Hastings and Vinson & Elkins.
