ACG Houston Awards the U.S. Well Services Acquisition by ProFrac Holdings as Oilfield Services Deal of the Year

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston named the acquisition of U.S. Well Services by ProFrac Holdings as the ‘Oilfield Services Deal of the Year’ at its 2022 Deals of the Year awards ceremony. 

Porter Hedges represented U.S. Well Services in the transaction, alongside Paul Hastings and Vinson & Elkins. 

ACG Houston's sixth annual Deal of the Year event focused on celebrating Houston's booming middle-market deal community. The program honored the deals and dealmakers who drive M&A resulting in economic and corporate growth, strategic impact, capital formation, and the advancement of meaningful business relationships.
